Part of our limited core range, our Kilkerran 8 year old cask strength is released annually, either as a one or two part release. Previous releases have included full maturations in Bourbon, Port and Sherry, with the latest releases fully matured in Bourbon.

Nose: A typically zesty introduction to this dram, there are notes of key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla.
Palate: There is a creaminess on the palate, with notes of banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta.
Finish: Sea salt and brine notes emerge in the finish, along with a gorse note.
