Yes, we have a car park on-site which visitors are welcome to use. Entry can be made via the lane from Longrow or Glebe Street.

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your tour/tasting.

Yes, our tour guides conduct regular tours around the distillery. Please note that Glengyle is only in production for 3 months of the year, typically from October – December, although this is subject to change, but tours are still available throughout the non-production months.

Tour bookings can be made via the tours section our website and we recommend booking in advance. You are also welcome to enquire about booking a tour in our distillery shop where our staff will advise on availability.

Under 18s are welcome on our Springbank and Kilkerran Tours and can join free of charge as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult. If you plan to bring along children, please add a note of this at the time of booking.

Under 18s are however not permitted on the Kilkerran Warehouse Tasting.

​​We offer refunds on tours cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the tour time. After this time, no refunds will be granted. To cancel, contact us by emailing [email protected].

We accept cash and all major credit and debit card payments.

As supply is dependent on demand, we cannot guarantee exactly what will be available in our Distillery Shop at any given time. However, the shop is typically stored with our core range Kilkerran and hand-fill Kilkerran bottles. Limited annual releases and Kilkerran cage bottles are stocked in the shop at the time of release, but are likely to sell out.

We also sell Springbank, Longrow and Hazelburn in our shop.

In May each year, whisky fans from around the world gather at the Campbeltown Malts Festival to enjoy a range of whisky tastings and events hosted across all of Campbeltown’s distilleries and independent bottlers.

All information on dates and tickets is confirmed via our social media ahead of the festival.

The next Campbeltown Malts Festival will be held from 21st – 25th May 2024.

The majority of festival tickets are sold in advance of the festival and are bookable via Eventbrite, however there are also some events which you can purchase tickets for on the days of the festival.
